High Frequency Facial Treatment

High Frequency Facial Treatment is a non-invasive therapy that uses a high-frequency electrical current to stimulate the skin’s natural healing process. The treatment can help reduce inflammation, kill bacteria, and regenerate collagen, resulting in smoother, healthier-looking skin. The electrical current is applied to the skin via a glass electrode wand, which emits a mild current to the surface of the skin.

The benefits of High Frequency Facial Treatment helps reduce acne, scarring, and inflammation, resulting in clearer, smoother skin. The electrical current helps stimulate collagen production, which can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. High Frequency Facial Treatment can also help reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes. Additionally, the therapy can help improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, resulting in brighter, more vibrant-looking skin.

Swedish Massage

The Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massages you can get. It's also known as " Classic Massage".  It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. Swedish Massage helps to clear the body and mind of unwanted responses to stress. Increase Flexibility. Swedish Massage will elongate the muscles, open the joints and decrease swelling, all of which will ease movement and increase flexibility.

Foot Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massages use firm pressure and slow stroked to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions (the “knots” that we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue). These knots can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation. When the massage begins, your massage therapist usually starts with lighter pressure to warm up your muscles and then works into deeper pressure. The common techniques used in deep tissue massage therapy include stripping, which is deep pressure that glides along the length of your muscle fibers and friction, which applies pressure across the grain of your muscle to break up adhesions and align tissue fibers.

Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands). Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. Reflexologists use foot charts to guide them as they apply pressure to specific areas. Reflexology is sometimes combined with other hands-on therapies and may be offered by chiropractors and physical therapists, among others. Several studies indicate that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep. Given that reflexology is also low risk, it can be a reasonable option if you're seeking relaxation and stress relief.
